Dry Wines
2006 Chardonnay
A clean, crisp, fresh, and fruity white with hints of toasted oak that open into ripe apple, tropical fruit, and honey. "Sunshine in a glass."
2006 Cabernet Sauvignon
Rich, smooth, and smoky; this Cabernet offers hints of blackberry, mocha chocolate, tobacco, and soft tannins with a clean balanced finish.
2006 Cabernet Franc
A complex wine that opens with a beautiful bouquet. Vanilla oak merges with toasted almonds, dark berries, and spicy tannins. Excellent aging potential.
Semi-Dry Wines
2006 DeChaunac
A medium-bodied, earthy, yet fruity red. The perfect companion for pasta and red meats.
2006 Riesling (limited)
Opens with soft peach flavors, then progresses into grapefruit, citrus, and apricots with a lasting finish of haneysuckle.
Vidal Blanc
Fruity, crisp white, mild citrus flavor with hints of tropical fruit.
Mountain Mead
Honey wine is the oldest fermented beverage with a long and interesting history. Celebrated in many ancient cultural ceremonies, it is aptly name "The Nectar of the Gods."

Bicentennial Blush
Bursting with fresh grapiness, this blend of four grapes is our most popular wine.
Glades Pike Red
An exceptional blend with the Baco Noir and Concord grapes. It is an intense and full-bodied mixture.
Sweet Wines
Concord
Full-bodied red with fruity grape aroma.
Diamond
A delightfully sweet native grape, splashing with tropical fruitiness and an aromatic bouquet.
Niagara
Very grapey, flowery, fresh, smooth white.
Fruity Wines
Raspberry
Deliciously ripe and fragrant wine with a rich, fruity intensity.
Spiced Apple
This spicy and sweet wine has a great aroma and is delicous served warm. It makes a wonderful holiday wine, and is excellent for braising pork and poultry.
Montmorency Cherry
